We are committed to providing our trademark service desk support levels to all of our customers.

If you and your IT team need extra hands right now…or solutions to help your employees work SECURELY from home… we have software tools, expert staff and resources we’d like to offer you to keep your business as productive as possible.

As was the case during the first lockdown, the majority of IT Genie staff are working remotely, with a select group of technicians office-based – on a rotating basis, socially distanced and bubbled – for hardware builds and project work.

We are ready, and continue to fulfil our service desk SLAs and deliver IT projects on time – all in line with our culture of service commitment.

Technology Delivery

We continually monitor our supply chain for potential impacts as part of our existing business continuity plan, with redundancies built in to source from interchangeable vendors.

Shortages in the supply chain brought to light in the first lockdown have predominately been solved so any requirements for equipment or software to help work remotely should not suffer from extended lead-times as previously.

Should a site visit be required for support or project delivery purposes, subject to a suitable risk analysis and compliance with government regulations, this can be arranged. In the meantime, we are working closely with our logistics partners to deliver hardware and software to our customer’s premises pre-configured and ready to plug-in and work.

Increased Call Volumes

We’ve put in place additional resource to help support our customers and are currently operating well within capacity. While we’re hoping all our clients return to remote working with a minimum of interruptions, please be prepared to bear with us should the call and ticket volumes increase.

We’re prioritising VPN and remote access issues to help keep businesses going.
