Appreciate the regular Technology Business Reviews

We find having the opportunity to discuss our IT strategy with our IT Genie Account Manager informative, and having dealt with our IT Genie Account Manager Julia, for a number of years, we find the continuity reassuring.

As part of the review we ran through all our existing hardware and its age, highlighting when any PC’s etc. are due to be replaced so this activity can be planned and budgeted for rather than coming as a surprise. She also checked we were happy with the results of any tickets raised, the response times and satisfactory completion before closure.

I find all IT Genie staff friendly and work to get any problems we have sorted as quickly as possible, hence why we have and still use your services.
